  • Patent Pending Ceramax ceramic parts which offers superior performance and safety enhancements while fitting into the same footprint as your existing 'AH' pump, thus simplifying installation. Ceramax parts are available from 3/2 through to 12/10AH series pumps.
     

  • CIS Shaft Sleeves. Proprietary ceramic infused coating systems for sealing protection against wear and corrosion. Proven field benefits over other coated or hard faced welding technology.
     

  • WRC (Wear Repair Ceramic). Proprietary formulation repair compound to give 3 to 6 times the performance of other brands. Extreme high Silicon Carbide loading to 80% gives unmatched performance and can outlast parent materials.

Pump Wet End

  • Ceramic parts - Field proven life improvements of between 5 to 30 times.

Pump Sealing

Performance Audits

  • System Design - Perform calculations with Slurrytech Curve Engine to review system design. One case undertaken for a client showed significant problems with pipe sizing and solids feed densification. Modified intake design achieved 3 times life benefit.
     

  • Pump Trim - Ensuring that the pump trim (design and materials) match the duty requirements.
     

  • Drive Systems - Belt drive systems typically found on slurry pumps can be high maintenance and cost items. Drive Cost Analysis allows us to identify these problem areas and to reduce the cost with Leverlink technology.
     

  • Instrumentation - Ensure that supporting instrumentation gives accurate feedback on system performance. Many benefits and improvements are lost without correct measurement.

Parts Rationalisation

  • Wet End Components - Parts are reviewed for duty conditions and where possible designs and materials are rationalised across duties for maximum commonality and resultant stocking, interchange ability and usage benefits. You don't need to get lost in the part number jungle, we know what all those numbers mean.
     

  • Sealing Systems - Seal systems are reviewed and recommendation made for life and performance enhancements as well as standardisation of feed system designs.
